At CommunityPix we want you to be completely happy with your purchase ( happy customers make good business). In the event that something goes wrong with your order the following procedures are in place.
To help us with our quality control all refunds credits or reprints for orders that are not claimed lost in post must be returned to CommunityPix.
We will give you a credit or refund:
• If the order gets damaged in the mail system.
• If the order is lost in transit.*
• If the order has poor colour and we don't reject it.
Unfortunately we can not give you a credit or refund:
• If the order is incorrect in any way. i.e.; not ordering the right size or file.
• If the order has a late cancellation.
• If the order has an insufficient mailing address.
An automatic postage fee of $5 ($15 for overseas) is added to every order placed with CommunityPix. This fee covers postage, packaging and handling. The A5 and A4 prints are sent out in a plastic bag, which is then placed inside a sturdy cardboard envelope to match the size of the prints. The A3 prints are sent out in a plastic bag, which is then placed inside a cardboard tube. Please note that larger prints may be held for collection at your nearest Post Office, with the postal delivery staff leaving a collection note in your letterbox.
Important: the $5 and $15 postage fees cover much more than just the postage, as packaging and print handling take place after the image is printed.
Changes or Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be submitted before 9am AWST the next day via email - CommunityPix_Cancellations@communitynews.com.au
At CommunityPix we are constantly trying to improve our quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work or your order is damaged in the post, it should be returned to us so that we can correct these problems. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or reprint without receiving the item.
